I hope you are doing well.

I want to take one more opportunity to thank you and the entire care team at the Elms for their care of my mother (photo above) over the past four years. I cannot remember a time I ever felt disappointed in their service. From the front desk staff (Imelda) to the janitors, from the meal delivery guys to the prescription medicine ladies, from Ismay to Willie, and from every member of your staff to all the purple clad assisted living caregivers. Everyone my mother and I interacted was consistently professional, cheerful and kind.

I especially want to specifically recognize and thank Lorena and her team at the Grove, including Karla, Ivonne, Jessica, Nereida, Rhona, Erik, Nelida, Leonor, Raquel,Diana and Milagro. I am so appreciative of the care they all provided to my mother. I know her good physical and mental health during her time at the Elms can be directly attributed to the care she received. In thank notes to Lorena and her team members, I wrote:

"Thank you very much for the outstanding care of my mother, Willa. I am forever grateful to you and everyone on the Grove team for all you did to ensure she was consistently happy, socially connected and well loved. Your kindness is deeply appreciated"

I would like to express a similar sentiment to everyone at the Elms. It was great to be a part of your community.
