Execellent Care

Hi Kathleen,

We had a wonderful visit last week. Mom even sang a little tune to Stephanie. Thanks again for everything. 

Mom was taken off hospice, because of the excellent care the Elms staff, like you, Lorena, Karla, Ivonne, and all the PCA's give mom. (Evelyn above, when she first moved in 2016 and at her 101st birthday this past July) Mary, our hospice nurse feels the same as I do. With all her patients, The Elms is the best!
