Appreciation for San Carlos Elms and Grove Staff

Dear Scott and all the staff of San Carlos Elms,

My father has been a resident for over 2 years.

I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to everyone involved in making San Carlos Elms a real home for my papa. Everyone from the leadership team and staff has shown compassion and appreciation for him and all the other residents.

I have "peace of mind" knowing that when I'm not able to be present with him, he is in wonderful care. That feeling is priceless!!!!

Please know how very grateful I am for each and everyone of the San Carlos Elms team.

Since I visit with my papa almost every day, I see first hand how everyone is well taken care of by the staff. I understand how much work goes into providing the proper amount of care and attention each resident may need.

I am truly thankful to have my papa reside at the San Carlos Elms and I definitely express that thankfulness to anyone who inquires about him.
