San Carlos Elms is an independent, separate entity which is not obligated to spend a portion of its income to a "Home Office", nor to ask permission of a "Home Office" to make improvements or enlarge their business arrangements. Problems can be handled satisfactorily.
PS- They cook the bacon just right!
