Dave-My guest this evening-son Roger and wife Myrna-wanted me to be sure to tell you that their Prime Rib, ect. was the best they'd EVER had!!! Bar none. Thanksgiving Dinner Thank you!
Dave,
You have outdone yourself! The non-routine and company was fun, and the meal itself OUTstanding. Wish we could enjoy those T-Tiny Brussels Sprouts more often! NON-Giblet gravy was a treat too; Turkey and dressing and mashed Yam aka Yum, topped off with pumpkin pie made for complete bliss.
Wish my family members could have shared with me, but expecting them for Christmas dinner, and hope it'll be as good!
Thank you!
Don P.

San Carlos Elms Receives a Final Thank You from Family
Kathleen,
I wanted to send a special "thank you" to you for everything you did for my mom, Grace Johnson(shown up above right), during her stay at The San Carlos Elms.
Whether it be the holiday parties, the social or Bingo games, she always enjoyed participating and then later enjoyed telling me all about it.
She truly enjoyed her life at The Elms and thrived for the past 6 years due to the loving care she received from her P.C.A. ladies, dietary staff, house keeping and managers and all that participated in her care.
Thank you for allowing us to celebrate her life with her friends and family following her passing. Your thoughtful addition of the gathering on the website was very touching.
This note should have been sent weeks ago, but I've had trouble sitting down to write it-it finalizes this last period of her life, but also ends what was a wonderful relationship that I had with the employees and Residents over the years.
I will miss you all and I am eternally grateful for all the wonderful care she received at The Elms.

Thank you for your professionalism
Dear Scott,
As you know, I had a sever medical crisis on Thursday noon (7/24).
This letter is to inform you of the superb assistance and care 3 PCA's (Personal Care Attendants) gave me. Lorily, Meriam, and Marilyn's immediate and professional actions was most commendable.
They have been well trained.
Appreciatively,
Donald L. Richardson

Emmy will be missed at San Carlos Elms
Dear Scott,
Thank you for your condolences. We are going to miss Emmy too! I cannot thank you enough for being so kind to Emmy which allowed us to keep her at the Grove until her final days. You have a wonderful group of caregivers for the Residents.
Some day I may be with you as I age and I can certainly recommend The Elms to prospective Residents!!! It is a blessing that San Carlos has such an excellent place for the elderly to live.
Sincerely,
Carole and Fred Holloszy
